OK, now I'm finally in a band and I have decided that I will trade in what I have for some brand new things. Here is what I will be trading in . . .

A blue fat strat fender electric guitar
A large marshall amp
A boss me-50 multiple effects pedal

and I am planning to upgrade them. First of all I would like a smaller amp but with as much power as the big amp I have now. The guitar is nice but I would like more 'style' to it. Here are what I am considering.

1. Amp
#1 - Marshall http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Marshall-MG50DFX-Combo-Amp?sku=483189
#2 - Line 6 http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Line-6-Spider-III-75-Modeling-Combo-Amplifier?sku=482272

2. Guitar
#1 - Flying V http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Gibson-Flying-V-Faded-3-Pickup-Electric-Guitar?sku=512846
#2 - Explorer http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Epiphone-1958-Explorer-Electric-Guitar?sku=518454
#3 - Ibanez http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Ibanez-?sku=519786

3. Multi-Effects

#2 - http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/DigiTech-GNX4-Guitar-Workstation-?sku=150848

It's a church worship band but with an edgier pop/rock style. Our drummer was in a rock band for 17 years, our lead guitarist was in a band for about 10 years and this is the first band I'm in. Their influences were Led Zepplin, The Who, Styx and so on. Let me know what you think is the best or give me some recommendations. Thanks.
