when i try to download something after few seconds my speed is on the maximum for like half a minute it is going down to 0.
after few seconds it is going up to maximum for half a minute and than back to zero.
What Is It?!?!?!

when i am downloading in the azureus in my tracker status it says: "Scrape Error: Connection Timed Out"

maybe your firewall are bloking azureus for making connection to the other,or that also could be tracker is down or something..

Are you on wifi at home or do you use a tp cable.
If you are on wifi try plunging in a TP and see if the problem is still there.
If it not you have narrowed it down quite a bit.
