Signing-Up At TheDVDClub

I just received my invite code for TDC, but it seems I have no place to input it on the sign-up page and all I get is "borked" when I try to sign up. Am I just insanely stupid for not seeing what I need to do or is there something I need to do specifically to get it to work? Thanks for any help.

i have no idea, i remember putting my invite code somewhere though, i just recently received an invite them off their userapplication, seems weird now there no where you can put the invite code on the signup page :s

Just talked to some staff member over there and they closed everything down untill they move site. Should be a few days or less.
