!! Is uTorrent 1.6.1 banned ? !!

Hey guys,

Just wanna confirm that is utorrent 1.6.1 (build 490) banned at trackers recently. Because one of my friends claimed that its banned although i am still using it without any probs.

So if at all its banned then i would rather upgrade it then risk losing my account

if its banned then you wouldnt be able to use it in the first place, if its banned it should be in the FAQ where it says what versions are allowed

I use that version with no problems so far, in fact it is the preferred version at BitmeTV.

i dont think so that is banned on trackers,well it could be on some of them but rare,some site still recommend 161,but im using 175..:P

its just the beta versions that might be banned from trackers until they are proven stable :whistling

utorrent 1.6.1 is more stable
I use utorrent 1.6 two weeks ago, but recently i update to 1.6.1
because many tracker have been request use 1.6.1 especially bitme ...
don't worried about 1.6.1 it's stable and nice cilent

V1.6.1 has been working on all my trackers... Most places ban the new versions, especially the betas

yea i doubt most trackers would ban it since so many people updated when utorrent released all those versions in a couple days span and most of them had problems, a big hastle and a lot of people went back to 1.6.1 and decided to not fuck around with it anymore.
