Got a nice letter from Sky telling me that I had free access to all channels for two weeks between the 15th Nov to the 27th Nov.

Letter courtesy of TNT arrived on the 22nd of Nov.

Any bets those sodding CDs are still in TNT's grubby mitts?

It's the thought that counts.

Fair point - and it is better than novelty socks and a badly knitted sweater 10 sizes too big.

Unless the socks get good reception.

They could've emailed you or something with all this technology about.

The email will probably be sent next week.

I have watched McLintock (classic silliness) Final Destination 3 (shite) and Serenity (quite passable).

Other than that it has let me see that I am not missing much by not taking the premium channels.

I still watch the football streaming via china :smilie4:

I'm trying to decide between BeThere and Cable for my new place....

They said I would get 18mb/1mb as opposed to the max of 24mb/2.5mb as I'm 1km from the exchange. So i'd have to live in the exchange to get 24mb?

This certainly explains the "Sticky?" fiasco.
