Pc To Tv

Is it possible to connect your pc to your tv using the audio (right and left) and video jacks, ie... no s-video. I do have the tv out card on my computer.

Sorry, I read them and I haven't a clue. Do I need some kind of adapter for my t.v. ? There is a s-video jack as my tv out on my p.c , do I or can I get a s-video adapter to attach to my phono plugs? I don't know? I do have a g-force 4 graphic card.
