can someome give me a complete list of all the software that i need to make a dvd from a file i have downloaded i.e encoder authoring to burning and where i can get them from

TMPGEnc - use to rencode the file to mpeg at the right size and resolution.
TMPGEnc DVD author - the make the files needed on the DVD
Nero - To actually burn the files

all of these programs have tutorials


and to get the files....try Kazaa....maybe?

if you goto http://www.doom9.org/ and look at their guides section they explain exactly what software is needed - as well as providing links etc - and how to make that file into a DVD-Video
