download mirc at www.mirc.com, then fill in the appropriate details, then type /server irc.wild-bytes.org then type #wild-bytes, or you could throw "wildbytes" a pm

Wildbytes is a member here at FST, he is the admin of wild-bytes. PM him if you need help and dont want to use their IRC chat instead.

They are trying to explain that you need to contact a person who is part of the staff at the mentioned site.

People who are not, will not be able to explain you howcome your account would be banned.
