I am a member there and from what i can gather invites are no longer, and i dont think they ever have open sign ups,.

i think there are invites available ;) the only "problem" it that there are 3-4 free spots...

theres been a few open spots for a few weeks now, and i think inactive accounts or ones with extremely bad ratios get pruned
