wondering if i can get transformers hd to play on my hd telly downstairs via my xbox 360.

no. you have to convert it to a format the 360 can recognize....that takes forever.

usually the quality of the converted file is not as good as the original file.

and i'm not sure, but i think the 5.1 audio is not preserved... it downmixes to stereo

daym, i really want to play Transformers in HD? is it worth buying a HDDVD payer now and transsformers on HD?

Xbox was just updated today (Fall Update) and now I can stream all my porn and gangster movies (.avi is supported now!!) to my upstairs 32" LCD. :P
