i wanna reinstall XP from scratch, but that means i have 2 format my c:

and i cant, cause its in ntfs........... how can i do this????

Boot up the XP cd. There will be an option to delete and add partitions and format and that.

Search on Google for a windows 98 boot disk.
Boot, and enter the DOS prompt. (Shift F5)
From there, type FDISK and format your entire drive
Then type FDISK /MBR to wipe the Master Boot Record clean.
