Hello everyone Thank you very much for your reply, but errrrr...... could you all please post the full name of the tracker (in case the whole URL is not allowed to be post here)? As I am new in this field, I am not able to understand the full name from the abbreviated common names. :( By old movies, I mean starting from Chaplin, Buster Keaton or Max brother movies, Rock Hudson 50-60s, and then movies made on 2nd world war and other good movies like Singing in the Rain etc. I would prefer DVDrs. @t0mmy Sorry pal, but I did not understand your Post No 9. Will you please explain? Thanks again.

Thanks Raj, I shall send you my email address in a while. In the meantime can you tell me what are the other trackers the other posters are actually pointing at? Except GOEM, I could not locate other. :(

Hello everyone

Thanks for your responses..

I would like to download DVDs rather than rips, so is there any tracker which works best in this area?

Please let me know.... :(

Is all DVD-R.

Also, if you can get an invite to Karagara they sometimes get DVDRs. (Although it's mostly xvid, too)

Thanks Grind$oFine (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/../../members/grindofine-177599)

But the problem with the tracker you mentioned is that it does not store commercial Hollywood movies unless those are time tested classics. I have an account there.

If you read my previous posts you may find that I am looking for movies which were termed as "Hits". Like 'The Bourne Identity', or 'Lord of the Rings' etc, and preferably in DVD format rather than lossy MPEG4 formats like DivX or XviD.

if you're gonna watch movies on your pc and have a large enough monitor, it makes more sense downloading hd movies because they are approximately the same size. anyway if its DVDs u want, TL has most of the imdb top 250 in dvdr plus tons of DVD-R boxsets

If u r searching for latest movies, then in my opinion TL, RevTT,etc all are good trackers.

Hello bikernin (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/../../members/bikernin-124701)

Thanks for your input, but what exactly is TL? Torrentleach? Could you please post the full name/URL here? BTW, I do not have a large monitor and I really do not like watching movies in PC, otherwise H264 would have been a good idea- I agree with you. I always watch movies in my DVD player, I find that more comfortable. :)

Hello DiDi

Please post the full names/URLs here, I really can not make out the full names out of the abbreviated forms. In the first page of this thread you can find posts where the posters named abbreviated forms, and I still do not know which are those sites exactly or what are the respective URLs. :(

I am rather new in this tracker thing...so a little help is always appreciated. :)

Thank again.

TorrentLeech has disabled invite system for a more than month now. KG is short name for http://karagarga.net/ .

Karagarga tracker is invite only. At the moment I don't have any invite. You can try to request it from some member at the invites thread. :)

Hello Ronnie

Thanks very much for the input. Maybe you could help me out about the short names posted in the first page of this thread, please!

So is there any way to get registered in TorrentLeech?

right now theres no way to get into torrentleech. if its DVDs you want you may request a TheDVDClub invite in the invites thread. is the best for DVD movies. cheers and good luck
