anyone have experience with NetRack servers?

i am wondering primarily what the connection is like. they don't say, so it might be as bad as a 10mbit shared. if anyone has one of these, what kind of speeds do you get?

They don't allow bittorrent (I talked to their representative)... and It's only 10MBit shared
