question about smartFTP and seedbox

Im using smartFTP to transfer a file to a jhm seedbox and it says im uploading at 40kb. it gonna take 24 hours to upload a 4gb file, does that sound right.

turbotalon if your upload speed is at 400 kbps then in the real world your upload speed is actually 40 kbps what is your upload speed from your isp?

Totally depends on the speed of your upstream.
