was almost scammed by a member but at the moment i wanted to trade he got banned...

Good luck my friend, i think there is an awfull lot of us all in the same situation! It seems there were many in this situation regarding What.cd, now all have been invited more or less, including myself and very happy with What.cd.

If and when they increase the numbers of members allowed to join Waffles i am sure we all will get an invite!
