actually ive gotten this error on many different trackers, and its getting really damn annoying

im seeding 1 file on 6 different trackers. TL out of all 6 has the connection error and won't update.
oh wow, now it started working. so after about an hour it decides to work when all other trackers work.
what is the source of the problem because it is happening a lot?

if u get that error that means that is something wrong with the tracker not on your side..

but if u get that on others sites maybe your firewall are blocking utorrent or anyother client that u using?

Also just close down your bittorrent client from time to time. But yea it's usually a natted firewall or the sites servers that cause that error.
