Yep it's down,

I know Elektronik.ro has also problems, they are under DDoS attack :/

I have the same problem. I cant opent the site and I have no connection with tracker. What can I do. I ask for your help.
If you help me one I will give you one point to your rep.

same, the site+tracker might just be down, no need to fret guys :) they should be back soon enough
