What are you looking at? That statement is related to Usenet.

Windows Server 2003 will be fine as long as you don't need more than two user accounts logged on at the same time :yup:

Hi, here is what you need to know....

The "Web Edition" is intended to act as a web server and nothing else.
These are the main limitations of Web Edition:

The server supports only 2GB of RAM and 2 CPUs
The server can not be made into a SQL server, domain controller, or Exchange server.
The server is limited to 10 UNC connections (\\servername\share). This limitation is built to prevent people from using "Web Edition" as an inexpensive file server.

Unlike some think, "Web Edition" supports an unlimited number of websites and http connections. The number of web sites and http connections is only limited by system resources.

So utorrent will work fine is the answer.
