Regarding Zamunda

Okay. So i have been trying to sign up to Zamunda for the past 24 hours, using check4 change every 15 seconds and i still get the same message that the site is full (500 000 max number of users). Considering the gigantic userdb, i am starting to wonder if they have closed signups or don't prune accounts at all since i haven't made it in yet?

hmm..i guess they havent been pruning recently. but im pretty sure they will start doing so sometime. will let you know when that happens

ok i did some snooping around. last member joined on 2007-11-25 18:22:45 (1 week). so they havent been open for more than a week. you might as well stop checking now. as soon as they start letting in new members ill pm you

They probably prune accts weekly or something. Try once a day maybe. ;)

I was lucky and got in last week,i used Demonoid only,so its my first site for torrents now.Not the same size content as Demonoid but its a good alternative.Just keep looking

I didn't know about it either. Seems like it's more talked about since demonoid went down since i guess it's the closest alternative to demonoid.

When Demonoid was taken down, and people started to talk about Zamunda, I went to go sign up, only to find I was already a member. :lol:

It's been around, but I'm guessing since it's foreign, has ads, and is an open tracker with no level, not a lot of people were interested in it, especially with Demonoid around.

Once you sign in, on the left side right next to your username, there are 2 flags. Choose "EN" for England.

Thanks...was wondering. but anyone know how to get the rest of the site (like the info for movie files) in English too? Can't even tell if movies are in English - only the titles translate! :wacko:
