I agree with MrLazy totaly its not and u shouldnt ask abouth level. its abouth torrents,community and they are very good in that from what i have heard before..so signup there and enjoy:D

hmmmm, maybe ill sign up in a couple months if its still alive, i hate signing up for new trackers just because you never know if its a secure site, i hated having to change my pw's because of the what.cd problems.
