If you work hard at helping, and seeding, you will be given unlimited freeleech slots for you to use as you see fit, it would not be difficult to be permanently on FL, of course, like FTN, you just cannot leech all day and get away with it, you have to offer something back.

I don't really look at FTN as freeleech,
you just don't have a ratio, which isn't the same.

In freeleech, your download stats are not counted. Only your upload.
But on FTN, although there are no main ratios, your ratio per torrent does get recorded under your "history", and the download info gets recorded, and if you don't seed your stuff, your bad seeding gets recorded.

In any case, iTS has the same "no ratio" system as FTN.

I don't see how one could not regard FTN as freeleech, whether the download stat is recorded or not, the fact is it is not important in the equation.

And freeleech does not mean free for all, imo you must expect to at least give back something (such as seeding back to X hours).

I think Fatal (72h seeding) and RTSHQ (12h seeding, yes only 12 hours) are always on freeleech now. Its just not doing the HnR that counts.

SITR sort of qualifies as does BC, seed for so many hours and you get the download back.

Plenty of sites give you so many bonus points and free torrents that they might as well be freeleech.

TM Torque has a FTN like system. They're still pretty small though.

And yeah, FTN technically isn't free leech.
