Point of seeing the peers of a torrent

Is there really a point? I just want to know why everyone wants a peer list.

i look at it sometimes, curious of whoelse has leeched the torrents, but i get more excited when i see a local ip :D dont know why, but its just me :)

doesnt really matter on a torrent with 100+ seeders but it does matter on a torrent with very few seeders

What tracker has a peer list wherein you can see people's ip addresses!? t0mmy, I'm talking about the peerlist of a tracker in html, not on utorrent. Srry for not making that clear.
