Which site has the best yoga torrent? I'm looking for something that is the standard yoga workout like people get at a gym.

bitme has a little content on yoga. theplace has an entire category on Health/Fitness which has plenty of yoga stuff

the best place to ask would be forums on ThePlace. great community and im sure they will give you the perfect answer. i dont know jack about yoga either.
im doing steve maxwell's spartan 300 workout for last one month now and its really amazing. ive reached intermediate stage now and really makes you much more energetic. its not yoga, but you can do it at home w/o weights.

what is steve demonstrates the workout, then basic level... i dont get how this torrent is setup? is he demonstrating everything from basic level to advanced then their are pieces of that file?

steve demonstrates the workout - 40 mins advanced level work out demo. he performs all reps
basic, intermediate, advanced - he just shows you how to do it. dosent do all the reps

well yeah you are supposed to name the torrent too... its like, name that tune, you dont just sing it, give us the artist and title.
