Naw, I've not been starving myself. I love food too much

Stopped drinking alcohol, eating choccies, crisps, bread, chips etc...

But I am too heavy and I want to lose some wieght.
My bewbs now look the way they used to 3 years ago :D

My room mate lost weight by not drinking and he stoped smoking. :cry: Sad day because I lost a good drinking buddy.

Interesting. When you stop smoking you usually put on weight. :eyebrows:


You always lose more weight at the start of a new diet, it's usually water because your body is in some kind of shock. Then it recovers and stages a rebellion and you gain it all back again when you're not looking. :unsure:
