Where can I find good quality TOP gear pack, first 9 seasons ? Not tv rip, hdtv rip, dvd rip if possible. Anyone seen any pack on some tracker ?

It's hard to find what you after i would personaly put in a few requests on sites where every user can upload you may have more of a chance that way.

Top Gear has many special episodes (or best of compilations with tv-show excerpts) that are released on DVD, the show itself though is TV only so the best possible quality for you is a TVRip. The latest DVDr release is Winter Olympics which I have initially found at LeechersLair but is probably available elsewhere too.
