The only reason we have a lot of disabled accounts is because we disable instead of delete for inactivity. The only reason people think it's a "prison" is because they can't even follow simple rules.

It wont affect the staff or users though really, Between RevTT, TL, and other TV dedicated sites BitMeTv doesn't have anything else to offer that the others dont.

You don't actually have to be there if you don't wish to. Prisons are usually institutes where the people that accommodate it don't have much of a choice.. It's their site, and they can do whatever the hell they like with it. Just like they disabled IL IP's.. their loss in the end, but don't feel obliged to be a part of their tracker..
