any news in the german bt scene?

i'm not so active in the german bittorrent scene.

i download some german movies or audiobooks once in a while.

i'm a member on ts and quorks and like them both
(though ts-tracker is the most overseeded tracker i know. sct is a piece of cake compared).

are there any real good other tracker or communites that i should know of?

i'm also looking for a tracker independent german bt forum.

I'm member at root-torrents and it's a lovely little community, albeit with an optical challenge (their orange skin is somewhat straining to watch). But that aside it is a good allround tracker: almost all larger torrents have one or two seedboxes in the beginning but keeping a ratio is very easy. Despite that you'll have a few free leech torrents and bonus points to help you out. The site should have open signups and it's one of very few German places I visit about my torrent business :) (that also means I have nothing to compare r-t to)

if you like trackers that advertise themself you could try fileagency e.g.
speaking of non tracker related boards gulli.com comes to my mind, but its full of noobs and therefore spam.
i think most other german boards are for traders and cheaters..
