Need help on KG

I usually login to my KG using my desktop in home, so the password is usually already stored in the cookies.
But today I want to open it from my office, I forgot the password and want to recover. Then the email came with new password. I want to login with the new password, but why I cannot login, it says that my username doesn't exists ???

Could someone on KG help me talk to the staff there ?
