i've noticed a lot of my posts not making it onto the board
i'm not on probation [as far as i know] yet hitting the add reply hasn't seemed to post many of my responses

it's a bit discouraging

It may just take a while for the Post to reach Planet Earth ;) :P

It's a good idea to copy& paste long posts in a notepad as due to traffic it may not come through :so you don't have to type the whole story again. :)

Yes, I got a 'page not found' error when I tried to post my (massive) RAM guide in Hardwareworld, and when I clicked 'back', it had all disappeared - about half an hour's work!

Thankfully, I copy (ctrl-c) every post before clicking 'add reply', so I just pasted it back in. :D
