Our bank keep sending letters out for my Mum. Now, my wee Mum passed away not so long ago and my wee Dad gets very upset when letters come in for her so i phone the bank again.

I explain (again) the situation and you know what the twat said to me??

They said "I can't discuss it with you Miss as you are not the account holder."

I said "very well but the account holder is currently in a fucking urn and so is unable to discuss this with you. Or do you want me to bring the urn into my local branch?"

They said no...

:( Sorry about your mum, Mouse. :(

You may have to get a solicitor onto this one.

I didnīt call them, i went there in persone, and made a pretty dam good show.
Sometimes calling doesnīt help, got to face does motherfuckers and show them some respect.

You should be able to mail/fax a copy of the death certificate and clear up any issues.

Thanks guys

Done it! Phoned my solicitor and she said I'll have to take Dad down as he's the next of kin, along with a copy of mum's death certificate (which we sent before, but because it was in spanish it kept getting passed from one person to another).

My wee Dad's in a wheelchair though so it's a nuisance for him to get about. Twats.

I'm still tempted to take the urn down. Mum would find that hysterical :D

There's always the 'huge pile of manure on their doorstep' option :smilie4:
