it does work, just unabbreviate sct into its fullname. i wasnt able to join the channel, i think i remember seeing a thread where u have to post your nickname or something

if you want to join the main channel, you need to go to http://<sct url>/irc.php, and then copy paste the invite code once you connect to the irc server and register your nick...it should be something like /msg sct invite yournick yourinvitecode
