Don't jump to conclusion.. It's the most widely used form of IM in Israel (in fact, ICQ was founded by 4 Israeli IT students..).

Have you actually tried using ICQ? :blink: The fact it was invented 13 years ago, means it has had 13 years of time to develop into what it is now, which MSN Messenger has NOT. So, maybe in Israel people decided to use a program which was invented a while before the rest of the IM software was, but it doesn't mean we are "10 years behind", if anything, we are meant to be 10 years ahead :blink:
