I'm using a backlit Revoltec keyboard (http://www.xmaestro.com/storage/200707242256_revoltec_lightboard_XL2_06.jpg), that's unconventional enough for me but still useable and not merely an expensive gimmick.

I'm surprised they didn't include the old IBM "clicky key" model...they still have a very rabid following.
