The only country that seems to be banned on sites that enforces this rule is Israel.
Sucks for the good users that come form that country, but form what i gather the best upload speed you can get form it is 256kbs. So most of the users form your country seem to cheat in one way or the other.

Im not trying to offend you in any way, but i have to ask. If at best you can uplaod in is 25k/s, is it really wise to go for x264 releases?
You might want to consider Newgroups or RS.

They block some IP ranges, sometimes I get in this range so I need to change my IP and then I can enter
You can try to contact the staff if you have a static IP \ the problem is not solved, I'm sure they would do the best to help you

Anyway the only site I know of banning ALL Israelis is torrentbytes

yeah, they should ban the users that have used such ips... and not allow them to login using proxies/ seedboxes and so on!
