Not Vuze, try some of the older versions, also make user its not banned by the tracker you are using it on....

there is no fool-proof way to beat the shapers. it depends on the shaping tools your provider is using.

change your isp.

type deluge in google, download it and it will likely bypass BT shapping. Take care as it's only around v.0.5 so it has like a million billion bugs

it still has lots of bugs, in some trackers it's not even recorded as a client and it apears in the client list as ---- , in some the upload doesn't record properly, all sorts of bugs , it lacks common functions like stop torrent and stuff, it still has many bugs , but for download speed it works for most people

Yes i use to work for Comcast, left them recently. The sandvine software they have implemented to thwart bittorrent traffic is quite strong. They can still track your packets even with encrytion enabled.
