Japanese anime sites

Hello. Please name some sites where I can find Japanese animations from the 80's and 90's. If they are dubbed or subbed in English or other widespread languages, then it is even better.

I am not sure whether they would have torrents from the 80s but you can try boxtorrents. Its a good tracker for anime IMO

you can try boxtorrents but you wont get crapier speeds like you do there. Use btjunkie/mininova ,it has preety much everything.

there are not too many old japanese anime out there, I only could find and download voltus and voltron as a search results from torrentz.com

I believe they have both dubbed and Eng subs.
