Sorry if this is against the rules, I really don't know, but I don't see why it wouldn't be allowed.

At TTi you have a seed bonus. 72 seed hours lets you give 5 gigabytes upload to a friend, while 168 seed hours lets you add 5 gigabyte upload to your own account. What I'm asking is a simple exchange. Someone adds 5 gigabyte upload to my account, I do the same with theirs and we don't have to spend the extra hours seeding.

I don't think it's breaking any rules, but if it is just tell me and I'll close it.

If I give 5Gb to someone and receive 5Gb from someone the net uploaded amount does not change. -5+5 = 0. Hence there might not be much benefit from such a transaction.
This is primarily for someone who has spare uplaod Gb's to spread the love.
This is just my opinion. am not sure if it is actually so.

Give upload
Give 5GB of your upload to a friend - costs 3 days/72 hours

5GB upload
5GB will be added to your upload. - costs 7 days/168 hours.

Work out the maths of giving & receiving to friends over just granting yourself a little something ;)

SgtMajor-

I think you misunderstood what I was trying to say? This way I would get 5 GB upload at the cost of 72 hours, instead of the norm 168.

I see now, if you trade 5gb upload with someone, you will only lose hours & gain no upload.

Let me explain:

Yes it does work.

I give 72 of my seed hours to give 5 gigabytes of upload credit to a user. Any user I want. Say I give the credit to a user on here.

Then the user on here gives 72 of his seed hours to give me 5 gigabytes of upload credit.

The result-
We both end up with 5 gigabyte upload credit at over half of what it should cost.

The 5GB will be deducted from your/his upload..

Yes, it is against the rule to exchange with random people in random forum. They have banned a whole network of such exchangers.

I would suggest you not to do it further and request in "Report Section" for deletion of this thread.

Good Luck!
