The time you see on FST is your local time

You can set your timezone in user options, and also set whether Daylight Saving Time needs to be taken into account or not.

i dont care for my local time, i know it, just need to know what is official server time on this forum, am i asking too much?

Right, well that person is even less informed than you. They are probably talking about their local time, not the server time.

You'll need to find out what timezone they are in, and calculate how many hours off from them you are...

They're not talking about the actual server time, they're talking about their time. Trust me ;)
