By this i'm guessing you only go by the level system many people don't care about the level system and will just give away level 4/6 invites or trade because they want a certain site

Co-Sign. I like some lvel 2 or 3 trackers better then some of the lvl 5 or 6 tracks to be brutally honest.

on tracker invites v2 trackers rating is revTT lvl 5 and bmtv lvl 6, so it is not that big differnce i think
