scc ftn sct use there prebot & db they have some useful commands :P i hope this helps. To me they are the best prebot & db..

A pretime is the time that the scene releases it's release \ the release is uploaded to a tracker

For example:
Movie_Name-SceneGroup was released by the scene in 15:03 23\2\2007
And when you look in a tracker at this release and see "uploaded 1 minute after pre" that means that it was uploaded to the tracker in 15:04 23\2\2007

I think the pretimes are probably with +/10 mins at most trackers
