Let's see if we can match up inviters with invitees shall we?

Inviters:

If you have an invite or two you would like to pool, then leave a message below with how many you can spare, or PM me directly with how many you are willing to pool.

I will keep a running total until it has run its natural course and died a death.

Invitees:

If you have requested an FTN invite recently and not been granted it, then post below with a link to your request. No new requesters allowed.

Options:

If you as inviter or invitee do not to wish your invite to go to, or come from, a certain poster that has posted in this thread, then let me know by PM and it will be done.

If you as inviter wish to invite a certain member within this thread, then PM them directly and also let me know that they can be removed from the list as fulfilled.

No account traders, no traders offering a seedbox or requesting a seedbox in return for an invite or account, ever.

Preference given to the older active members who have not yet got FTN over the more junior members who recently asked.

Seeing that it's Christmas, I'll start by putting one invite in the pot :)

hmm i have a friend of mine who said he doesnt use ftn anymore.and soo he said he would give me his account in ftn (ftn power)..as i wanted to get into ftn real bad... and in return i gave him waffles invite(2 weeks back)...it wasnt a trade exactly...i know it does seems to be a trade,but it wasnt....trade happens with equals...not waffles and ftn........ i know this guy from a while....he is a good friend of mine...anywas the account got disabled after a while..because of my ignorance and foolishness ...he never said anything to me about having lost his account...but i feel pretty bad about what happened...hmm of course losing ftn account and the worst part it being my friends account ..

i will explain in detail if some one would offer me an invite....i was just tired of begging,and i got carried away by the fact that i would get into ftn....i wouldnt do the things i did in normal circumstances.. but getting into ftn for the first time after having waited for 3-4 months is quiet a feeling to suppress...and yeah i belive "friends happen, friends r not made" i havent made many friends here but helped a few whenever i could ,in private.....

I don't think inviters want to risk of losing their account.
Anyone who had a past trading record will be dismissed as well.
Or anyone who had a FTN account there before and it's disabled now.

I'm sure SgtMajor will go through all the past history record before giving a FTN invite to someone here. I can see users have many REPs even have a trading record.

Not here long enough.

It takes 8 weeks and 200GB for 1 FTN invite, I expect the same here in return, 8 weeks a member of the invites section, 200 posts, of which hardly any are to be crap such as good luck, nice giveaway, great offer etc etc.

I will be going through each post one-by-one and eliminating those not eligible this time round.

Hardly surprising, I only have an offer of one invite to be added to my one, which is sad news indeed :(

SgtMajor isnt giving away ftn invites. He is making new friends that he trusts will contribute quality to trackers and he will invite his Trusted Friends to whichever tracker he feels comfortably matches their needs...because thats what friends do.

Nearly every tracker posts that you cant give away invites! Read rules.

SgtMajor isnt giving away ftn invites. He is making new friends that he trusts will contribute quality to trackers and he will invite his Trusted Friends to whichever tracker he feels comfortably matches their needs...because thats what friends do.

Isn't that right SgtMajor? ;-)

I love it here, a broad spectrum of views and there's always someone getting pissed of with someone in a thread or two :lol:

Maybe posters didn't read what I posted in the OP, these are not only my invites, but invites from other generous FST members, and it might be running at 5 or 6 now, so only the best, no - the the very best, candidates will be considered. Those that make it to the maybe list might, just might get a christmas bonus this year :D

When you understand that only 1 (maybe 2) invites is from me, and that 5 maybe more are from other persons who I am acting on behalf of, then everyone I pick has to be 100% reliable & verifiable.

Rules are rules, the rules for this thread are posted in the first post, if you didnt like them then why did you respond.

SgtMajor can make whatever rules he wants for selecting his new friends, just because he traded in the past doesn't mean that he can't have requirements for certain communities.

His thread, his rules...dont like it...cry to 1-800-cry-baby.

It's not about what I did, it's about what is being offered and by whom.

If someone had said to me from day 1, don't do this or that, don't be a douchebag all your life, don't act like a tw@t and if you do it this way you will be despised, and that the most honourable & truthful way is the best way to be and that you will be respected if you follow this path, then I would have done. It is by getting to really know people that you begin to understand what is the bottom line, and after being here a while you will begin to get to grips with the fundamentals & philosophy if the tracker admin, only then will you realise the folly of your ways.

Sadly, I choose a path that took me down a different route, due mainly to where I came from where it was the done thing, and if I can prevent 1 person from following me down that route - then I will consider I have done my best and done my part. This is mainly why I am still here & still posting and not just disappeared after a couple of months.

Personally, I have no problems with invite bartering, again, not something I can partake in as I treasure what I have and will do anything to keep what I have rather that be foolish and put them at risk, some sites agree, some don't, so it's best I follow the golden rule and stay well clear and never get involved.

If you didn't like the rules in the first post, you should not have replied should you?

I hope that sour lemon hanging round your neck tastes really bitter, it is after all, just a tracker invite.

BTW, this is the best way to giveaway F** invites. If I had an F** invite (I'm too new there) I'd give it to someone who posted in this thread, not to someone who just made a random request thread. I don't know SgtMajor but from what I can see he looks like a pretty good judge of who's trustworthy or not. Though I am pretty surprised by some of his disqualifications, it's his thread and he can make the rules. I will have to try starting a thread like this at TR, once we're big enough.

The reason why the disqualifications numbered so many were to reduce the list of those most suitable down to a manageable level, so who was left really were the most trustworthy candidates of the highest calibre so that those anon inviters with any doubts knew I had done the homework, and would be able to invite anyone left with total confidence. There isn't an unlimited supply of invites, and to that poster posting the animosity that was posted I have no doubt you will have scared some invites away, for that I say well done you brainless idiot, I hope you now feel really proud of your actions on reflection.

There was nothing personal against anyone, and those who missed out this time are more than welcome to keep trying in the future, just not in this thread at this time.

Those that took it personally need to get a grip on reality and look to why you was overlooked this time, and I wish you best of luck in the future.

And can you imagine the size of the thread and the amount of effort needed to go through each applicant that would have posted in that thread?

Would you have started such an open request thread and be able to have kept it to a manageable and sustainable quantity, 100s would have just replied, there had to be limits both on the applicants and the amount of time I had to manage it.

There are better things to do with my time at this time of year :)

I don't hide, nor hide from my past, it's best to confront such issues and answer them as best and as honestly as possible, and if others can see the errors I made in the past and that they themselves try not to make the same errors, then all is well.
