Tried to find the setting, looked for a couple of minutes and couldn't find them.

Realized I had Newsleecher open.

Trying again with the right programme this time.

i get that too..modem dies from utorrent but after a sec it reconnects

A "modum" type.

Never heard of it meself, perhaps it's specially designed for the Scottish innertubes.
