Query about TS-Tracker

Recently a friend of mine offered me a TS-Tracker . But in FST, I have read a lot about TS-Tracker having only german content. Now I am not a lvl collector who just wants to get TS-Tracker just because its in demand and its in level 5. Can somebody tell me, whether I can get english content in it or not? Because I am not german.

99% german content. if you don't understand german, the tracker is useless for you.
