It's true, at least a part of it.

If you've been an active member (i.e. said "thanks" or something else for a torrent, written in the forums, etc), you've recieved an invite.

The 2x upload will last from 00:00 the 24th until 00:01 the 27th.. So it's not for that long, 3 full days.. But who knows, maybe the staffers will extend it? So far they've had 2x upload 3 times, and 2 of'em lasted a couple of days longer, cause they forgot to turn it off, lol ^^
