Step by step Linux Fedora 4 TorrentFlux tutorial:
http://news.softpedia.com/news/Installing-TorrentFlux-and-XAAMP-41840.shtml

dude.he bought windows based not nix* ..

On your home computer, click Start, point to All Programs, and then point to Accessories.
In the Accessories menu, point to Communications, and then click Remote Desktop Connection. Then type the IP Address for the Server provided by the Hosting company, click connect and you will be taken to a log in screen, similar to the OS the server is running. Log in and that is it, you now have access to your server.

Then install utorrent in ur server .

Install webui

On uTorrent, go to preferences and on the side tree, go to Advanced >> WebUI - tick Enable Web Interface and also, put your desired username and password for the webUI.
I also recommend putting an alternative port (8080 is fine).
Get Webui and extract webui to Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\uTorrent Go to http://hostname:port/gui/ (http://hostname/gui/) with your browser and login with your chosen username and password to remote via webui.

just install firefox first, don't use ie, after that install utorrent and serv-u ftp server.
done with that you can use your seedbox
to connect to your seedbox use remote desktop from windows or if you use Mac, use Remote Desktop Connection

then, you'll have to wait them to send you the complete information about your server, after that you could follow the simple steps I wrote above

I also think linux is better, but not all ppl familiar with linux, and most of them don't even think to learn linux

In my opinion, Linux is better for performance.

Sure, it's hard if you don't have any previous experience. Once you master the basics, it's child's play.

Linux is definitely the way to go. Not only better performance but better uptime, reliability, and easier maintenance. There's a lot to learn but if you take some time, it's not that bad. Not to mention it's free for the most part

you could add the GUI like Gnome or KDE if you want in your linux box if you prefer to use GUI
