TL is working fine right now,but i can access it about 4 hours before now,and now working perfecly

Every site goes down at some point in time or another. The question is how long does it take for someone to start a new thread here saying it's down. I think anything down under a day or 2 shouldn't be reported and if it is reported it should all be done in 1 thread.
