Are there two Horror Charnels?

I noticed there's is:

and
www.horrorcharnel.kicks-ass.org

Why are there two addresses? I'm a member on the kick ass one, but that doesn't work on the other site...

I cannot change my account's parking - status...When I want to change my status from "Account parked " from "Active", it does not even let me log in the "Profile". Same with the Staff button. Pls, somebody tell the Staff to reactivate from parked to non-parked. Nick is same as here. Thanx in advance!
