i think we can safely neglect that list. its more of a 'which trackers not to use unless you wanna get sued' list. check out the warning for new users :lol:
what have they given such a huge list for then? downloading prime ministers speeches in hi definition? :unsure:

According to the article, the list was constructed from reader email suggestions, therefore you can expect the larger, open sites to be at the top. Users of private torrent sites are probably just a drop in the sea compared to the amount of users of public trackers.

The results are probably even further skewed by the fact that (hopefully) most private tracker users are more informed about tracker privacy issues and therefore would be more hesitant to participate in such a poll and name their favorite tracker.

yea, considering the best private trackers dont even wnat their url to be known, participation in such a poll is out of question. we can say the public tracker users are the 'muggles' of the torrent world :D
