i have an offer for a couple of my accounts (one rare... and one fresh)

the offer for them is :
1 : SCT Ratio: 6 Uploaded: 180 GB Downloaded: 30 GB
or 2 : BITEmeTV : 700 gb buffer...

but i have read through forums... and i know that : changing the email + pass + IP => results in Dissabling the account

what say you?... is it true...
what can/should i do ?
