I would be leery of anyone trading an account :)

Also, your "rank" comment is pointless as you either misrepresented or are clueless as to the meaning. The "rank" applies to the level of difficulty to attain.
I would say a buffered account is much more difficult to attain than a standard invite. Maybe you just did not think of that, maybe you did. I won't say good luck as account trading is the worse level of security risk a site can be infected with.

Buffered ScT is still as hard to do whether it is level 9 or level 4, so the "value" will not change, despite there being many invites around and the ease of getting an invite has improved. Expectation levels of getting a buffered ScT for less than what they were need to be reassessed.
